Website supports region’s entrepreneurs
The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity have announced the launch of their new website to encourage the region’s young entrepreneurs and spread the word that interest free funding is still available to new and growing businesses. The charity’s new website has undergone an extensive redesign with Leicestershire based creative, branding and web design agency, Voice Brand Design, in order to attract more budding, young entrepreneurs. The new website provides information about the Sir Thomas White Loan Charity, including testimonials from a number of the diverse, successful businesses that have benefited from the charity’s support over the years. In addition, it clearly explains the process and criteria for applications to inform entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 years old, how their business could receive interest free funding. Hugh Stevenson, Chairman of the Sir Thomas White Loan Charity said: “It is a challenging time for businesses and I fear that there are many young entrepreneurs in the region with great ideas who are being put off starting their own business due to funding difficulties or lack of confidence. Creative and Branding agency have moved
Leicestershire-based creative and branding agency Voice Brand Design has moved into new offices after recording its most successful year. Business revenue increased 60% in 2009 over the previous year, which has spurred the agency to expand into new premises at The Holt, Narborough Wood Park, Desford Road, Enderby. The company, run by creative director Tim Harrison and client services director Samantha McKenna, produces creative and marketing material, both online and in print. Clients range from national property developers, European holiday companies, and a global software developer, to a boutique jeweller and an exclusive private jet club. The branding agency hopes the move will represent the start of a new chapter in the firm's life, and will lead to the creation of job opportunities in the future. Surge in pie demand thanks to website redesign
PRESS RELEASE Online sales shot up by 600% in just one week after a Nottinghamshire pie maker had its website and online store revamped by creative and branding agency Voice Brand Design. Lime Tree Pantry experienced a massive leap in the number of customers buying its pies during the first week following the website redesign. Sales went up from a typical £333 per week to more than £2,331 in the first seven days. “We are absolutely delighted with our new website made possible with a grant from the Food and Drink iNet,” said managing director of Ollerton-based Lime Tree Pantry Damien Toms. The revamp was carried out by Voice Brand Design, of Leicester, who was called in to help ensure that Lime Tree Pantry’s online store achieved its sales targets. Damien said: “Voice Brand Design have opened our eyes to what using a professional marketing agency can do for sales.
